Monday

5:30pm Warm Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a total body conditioning workout with a strong emphasis on the powerhouse. The powerhouse is the center of the body which, when strengthened, creates the foundation for all movement. This class will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Lengthen and sculpt your entire body and feel stronger in your everyday movements. This is a heated class with temperature in the high 80’s. Bring a towel, yoga mat and drinking water.

Tuesday

7:30am Core X Curves

Core X Curves is designed to strengthen and tone the lower body and core. Participants will engage in exercises targeting the legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles. All fitness levels are welcome. Build strength in the legs and core while improving balance, stability, overall fitness and muscle tone.

5:30pm Barre

Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness method inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The format is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture through small, controlled, pulsing movements and isometric holds. Using a ballet barre for balance, participants engage specific muscle groups to the point of fatigue, followed by deep stretches to create a toned, lean physique. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water. Shoes are optional.

Wednesday

6:30am Ladies’ Upper Body Strength

Boost upper body strength and endurance with this targeted, upper body workout designed specifically for women. This workout will include exercises for shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, and chest and will vary by session. Space is limited. Preregistration is required.

7:30am Warm Yoga Flow

This hot yoga flow combines strength-building, bodyweight movements with deep stretching to improve flexibility and balance in a heated environment. Expect dynamic sequences, core activation, and mindful breathwork that challenge your body while supporting mobility and endurance. Perfect for those looking to sculpt, sweat, and enhance overall stability.

9:00am Thermal Strength

Thermal Strength is an inclusive, warm, strength training class designed for all fitness levels! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, this session will guide you through foundational exercises that enhance muscle strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. With a focus on proper form and technique, we will provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone feels challenged and supported. Expect a dynamic blend of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, all set to motivating music. Build confidence, increase your strength, and connect with this loving community. Class will be on the warmer side so be sure to come ready to sweat! You will leave feeling empowered!

10:15am Core Yoga

Core Yoga is a 30-minute class combining yoga with targeted core strengthening. Flow through breath-synchronized sequences designed to build deep abdominal strength, stability, and body awareness. This practice integrates traditional core exercises with yoga, emphasizing mindful movement and proper alignment. Perfect for all levels seeking to strengthen their core. Leave feeling strong, stable, and connected.

5:30pm Adult Dance Fitness

Whether or not you’ve taken dance classes before, this class is sure to be a thrill! Dance Fitness is FUN fitness for all levels. Ditch the treadmill and dance instead! This class hits full body cardio + strength while letting you choose the impact level. All moves will be broken down and incorporated into easy to learn routines so it’s beginner friendly. With this class, you’ll be having so much fun, it won’t feel like exercise. Express yourself and feel good in your skin while doing it! Come join the dance party!!!

Thursday

5:30am Pilates X Strength

Pilates X Strength is a high-energy, low-impact fusion workout blending traditional mat Pilates with resistance training. It aims to build long, lean muscle, improve posture, and enhance core stability by using dumbbells, bands, and Pilates balls to create a challenging, full-body sculpting experience. This class will focus on controlled movements that engage the core and improve flexibility. We will emphasize proper breathing and alignment to enhance muscle control and endurance while building strength and definition.

6:00pm HIIT X Strength

This 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training Strength Class will pack a full workout into just a short period of time – perfect for busy schedules. This class combines cardio and strength with challenging intervals designed for maximum results. You’ll alternate explosive movements with brief rests, adapting intensity to your own level for a heart-pounding, fat-burning workout that boosts metabolism.

5:30pm Just Peachy

Get ready to sculpt and lift your glutes in this intense, 45-minute, lower-body focused workout! Using a combination of resistance training and targeted movements, this class is designed to activate, strengthen, and shape your glutes. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and kickbacks—all aimed at building the perfect booty. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class will help you build strength, boost your confidence, and feel the burn in all the right places! Space limited and preregistration is required.

Saturday

8:00am Barre X Pilates

Barre X Pilates combines the graceful, low-impact, ballet-inspired movements of barre with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates. This full-body workout often uses a ballet barre and incorporates high-repetition, small-range movements to tone muscles, improve flexibility, balance, and posture, and build overall strength. The class is dynamic and may integrate other fitness elements like yoga, dance, and strength training with props such as weights, resistance bands, or Pilates balls.

Sunday

9:00am All Levels Yoga

Explore the breadth and depth of yoga through mindful postural and breathing practices. Elements from several styles of yoga are incorporated to create a unique experience that is suitable for those trying yoga for the first time or those with more experience wishing to deepen or broaden their practice. Topics relating to yoga and wellness are incorporated into the class through discussion and practice. Emphasis is placed on maintaining a relaxed and social environment.
